Terms of Use

Last updated: 13 October 2026

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at https://cloudsstream.com (the “Site”), operated by CloudsStream Solutions LLC (“CloudsStream”, “we”, “us” or “our”). They cover the Site’s pages, content and downloadable resources, our forms, live chat and booking page, and any other features we make available through the Site.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Site on behalf of a business or other organization, you agree to these Terms on its behalf and confirm that you have authority to do so. In that case, “you” means both you and that organization. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

These Terms do not cover the services we deliver to clients. Those are governed by a separate written agreement, such as a master services agreement, statement of work or signed proposal (a “Client Agreement”). If a Client Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Client Agreement controls.

Who may use the Site

The Site is a business-to-business (B2B) website for organizations in the United States, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. It is intended for people researching or buying technology, AI, automation, cloud, marketing and related services on behalf of a business.

To use the Site, you must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract under the law that applies to you. The Site is not intended for consumers acting for personal, family or household purposes.

Our services and the Site

Information only. The Site describes CloudsStream and the services we offer. Nothing on the Site is an offer to provide services on particular terms, and no contract for services is formed by using the Site, submitting a form, chatting with us or booking a meeting. We only provide services under a signed Client Agreement.

Consultations. Discovery calls and advisory sessions requested through the Site are free and carry no obligation for you or for us. We may decline any request for a consultation or proposal at our discretion. Any proposal, estimate, scope or timeline we give you is non-binding until it is included in a signed Client Agreement.

Availability. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site, or any service or resource described on it, at any time and without notice. We do not guarantee that the Site will be available at all times or free from errors.

No professional advice

The content on the Site, including articles, guides, playbooks, blueprints, videos, chat responses and statements made in introductory calls, is general information. It is not legal, financial, tax, security, compliance or other professional advice, and it is not tailored to your circumstances. You should not rely on it as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional or for the advice we give under a Client Agreement.

References to compliance frameworks and standards (such as SOC 2, HIPAA, FedRAMP or PCI-DSS) describe the kinds of programs we can help clients with. They do not mean that CloudsStream holds any particular certification or authorization, and they are not a promise that any client will achieve one.

Results, case studies and testimonials

Case studies, client outcomes, testimonials, statistics and similar figures on the Site (for example, percentage improvements, time saved, uptime or lead growth) describe the experience of specific clients or our overall track record. Results depend on each client’s circumstances, data, systems, budget and level of participation. Past results do not guarantee or predict future results, and your results may differ.

Testimonials reflect the individual views of the people who gave them. Unless a Client Agreement says otherwise, any service levels, uptime figures or response times mentioned on the Site are descriptive and are not contractual commitments to you.

Downloadable resources

The Site may offer guides, playbooks, reports, templates and other materials to view or download (the “Resources”). Some Resources may be published by third parties. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, view and print Resources for your organization’s internal business use. You may share a Resource within your organization, but you may not sell it, republish it, remove any copyright or attribution notices from it, or present it as your own work.

Resources published by a third party remain subject to that party’s own terms.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, page layouts, software and the selection and arrangement of that content, are owned by CloudsStream or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

“CloudsStream”, the CloudsStream logo and our other names, logos and slogans are our trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written permission, except to identify us accurately and in a way that does not suggest sponsorship or endorsement.

Other names and marks that appear on the Site, such as Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, Zoho, Google, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn and X, belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on the Site describes the platforms we work with or link to. It does not mean that those owners sponsor, endorse or are affiliated with CloudsStream, unless we say so expressly.

Except for the license in Downloadable resources and your right to browse the Site, these Terms do not grant you any right or license in our intellectual property.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Site in a way that breaks any applicable law or regulation, or infringes anyone’s rights;
  • submit false, misleading or impersonating information, or submit information about another person without their permission;
  • send spam, unsolicited marketing, chain letters or bulk messages through our forms, chat or email links;
  • upload or send viruses, malware or any other harmful code;
  • try to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our servers, our form-processing API or any connected system, or probe, scan or test their vulnerability without our written permission;
  • bypass, disable or interfere with security features, including our bot-protection checks;
  • overload or disrupt the Site, for example through denial-of-service attacks or excessive automated requests;
  • scrape, crawl or copy the Site or its content using automated means, except for search engines indexing the Site in line with our robots instructions;
  • use the Site’s content to build a competing product or service, or to train machine-learning or AI models, without our written permission;
  • frame or mirror the Site, or remove or alter any proprietary notices on it; or
  • harass, threaten or abuse our team through any channel on the Site.

We may restrict or block your access to the Site, or ignore or delete submissions, if we reasonably believe you have broken these Terms.

Security research. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in the Site, please report it to us privately using the contact details in Contact us and do not access or change data that does not belong to you.

Information you send us

Accuracy. When you complete a form, use live chat, book a meeting or otherwise contact us through the Site, you agree to give accurate and current information and to use a business contact address that you are authorized to use.

Do not send confidential information through the Site. Our forms, chat and email links are not designed for confidential or sensitive material. Please do not send trade secrets, credentials, passwords, source code, regulated data (such as health or payment card data) or other sensitive information through the Site. Information you send through the Site before a confidentiality agreement is in place is not treated as confidential information under these Terms. If a discussion needs to cover confidential matters, we are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) first, and the NDA will then govern that information.

Feedback. If you send us suggestions, ideas or other feedback about the Site or our services, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use it for any purpose without obligation to you. This does not apply to information covered by an NDA or Client Agreement.

Personal information. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information you give us through the Site. It forms part of these Terms.

The Site uses or links to services provided by other companies. These include Google Calendar for booking meetings, tawk.to for live chat, YouTube for videos, Google Maps for our office map, Cloudflare for hosting and bot protection, and our social media pages on LinkedIn, X and YouTube. Some Resources may also be hosted on third-party websites.

When you use these services or follow these links, the third party’s own terms and privacy policy apply. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, services or content, and a link to a third party does not mean we endorse it. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and that party.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site, its content and the Resources are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement and accuracy.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected, that the Site or the servers that make it available are free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any content on the Site is complete, accurate or up to date.

Any warranties for our services are set out only in the relevant Client Agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • CloudsStream and its owners, officers, employees, contractors and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with the Site or these Terms, even if we have been told such damages are possible; and
  • our total liability for all claims arising out of or in connection with the Site or these Terms is limited to US $100.

These limits apply whatever the legal theory, whether contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise. They do not limit liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, such as liability for fraud or, where the law provides, for gross negligence or willful misconduct. Our liability for services we provide is governed only by the relevant Client Agreement.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless CloudsStream and its owners, officers, employees, contractors and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the Site, are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

The state and federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, and you and we each consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Before starting any formal proceeding, you and we each agree to try in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days, beginning when one party gives the other written notice of the dispute.

Nothing in this section stops either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction, for example to protect intellectual property or confidential information. Nothing in these Terms removes any protection you have under mandatory laws of the country where you are located that cannot be excluded by agreement. Disputes about services we provide are governed by the dispute terms of the relevant Client Agreement.

Export controls and sanctions

You agree to use the Site and the Resources in compliance with applicable export control and economic sanctions laws, including those of the United States. You confirm that you are not located in, or acting on behalf of a person or entity located in, a country or region subject to comprehensive US sanctions, and that you are not on any US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, for example when we add new features or services to the Site, or when laws change. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to let you know, such as placing a notice on the Site. Changes apply from the date they are posted and do not apply to disputes that arose before that date. If you continue to use the Site after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.

General

  • Entire agreement. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site. They do not replace any Client Agreement or NDA between us.
  • Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the rest of the Terms will remain in effect.
  • No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision of these Terms, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
  • Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms, for example as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
  • No third-party beneficiaries. These Terms do not give any rights to anyone other than you and us, except for the people protected by the Limitation of liability and Indemnity sections.
  • Force majeure. We are not responsible for any delay or failure caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as outages of hosting or network providers, natural disasters or government action.
  • Language. These Terms are written in English. If we provide a translation, the English version controls to the extent permitted by law.
  • Headings. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect how these Terms are interpreted.
