Privacy Policy

Last updated: 13 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how CloudsStream Solutions LLC (“CloudsStream”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit our website at https://cloudsstream.com (the “Site”), submit our forms, chat with us, book a meeting or otherwise contact us.

The Site is a business-to-business (B2B) website for businesses in the United States, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates. It is intended for people who are researching or buying technology, automation, cloud, marketing and related services on behalf of a business.

This policy does not cover any services we deliver to clients under a separate contract. Those are governed by the relevant client agreement and, where applicable, a data processing agreement.

Who we are

CloudsStream Solutions LLC is a United States company. We decide how and why the personal information described in this policy is used, which makes us the controller of that information.

Please send any privacy question or request, from any country, to the contact above. Where the law of a country we serve requires us to appoint a local representative, we will do so and publish their contact details here.

Information we collect

We collect only the information we need to respond to you and to run and secure the Site.

Information you give us

Transformation Advisory Session form (homepage). When you request an advisory session, we collect:

  • Full name
  • Business email address
  • Phone number
  • Company name
  • Area of interest (selected from a list)
  • Your consent to this Privacy Policy, given by ticking the consent box on the form

When you submit the form, we also record the date and time of the submission, which is also the date and time you gave your consent.

Live chat. If you open the chat window and use it, we collect the messages you send and any details you choose to share, such as your name, email address or company. The chat service is provided by tawk.to (see Cookies & third-party services).

Meeting bookings. If you book an appointment through our Google Calendar booking page, we receive the details you enter there. This usually means your name, email address, the time you selected and any notes you add.

Email and phone. If you email or call us, including by tapping an email or phone link on the Site, we receive your contact details and the content of your communication.

Information collected automatically

Technical and device data. Like most websites, when you visit the Site your browser automatically sends certain technical information to our hosting provider and to the third-party services embedded on the page. This includes your IP address, browser type and version, device and operating system, referring page, the pages requested, and the date and time of the request.

Bot protection data. Our advisory form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a real person is submitting the form. When you submit the form, our server sends the Turnstile verification token and your IP address to Cloudflare for verification. Our application does not store your IP address in a database.

Analytics and advertising. As of the “Last updated” date above, the Site does not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, retargeting tags or similar tracking technologies. Our web fonts are self-hosted, so loading a page does not send your data to a font provider.

We may add analytics or advertising technologies in the future. If we do, we will update this policy before they go live. We will describe the providers involved, ask for your consent where the law requires it, and give you a way to opt out (see Your rights).

Information we do not intend to collect

We do not ask for sensitive personal information (such as health information, government ID numbers, financial account details, religious beliefs or precise geolocation) through the Site. Please do not send it to us through the form or chat.

How we use it

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to your inquiry. We review your advisory request, contact you by email or phone, and schedule and run consultations.
  • Provide live chat support. We answer questions you send through the chat window.
  • Manage bookings. We confirm, reschedule and hold meetings you book with us.
  • Evaluate and prepare a business relationship. We assess your needs and prepare proposals or quotes you ask for.
  • Protect the Site. We prevent spam, bots, fraud and abuse, for example through Turnstile verification and server-side input validation.
  • Operate and maintain the Site. We deliver pages, troubleshoot errors and keep the Site secure and available.
  • Meet legal obligations. We comply with applicable laws and lawful requests, and establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We use the information you send us only to respond to you and to manage our business relationship with you. We do not add you to a newsletter, marketing list or customer relationship management (CRM) system, and we do not send you marketing emails unless you ask us to.

We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects on you.

Why we are allowed to use your information

The data protection laws of Saudi Arabia and the UAE require a lawful basis for each use of personal information. We rely on the following:

Purpose Lawful basis
Responding to advisory requests Your consent, given by ticking the consent box on the form, and the steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract with us
Live chat Your consent. The chat service loads only when you choose to open it.
Responding to emails and calls Your consent, shown by contacting us, and steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract
Scheduling and holding meetings you book Steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract with us
Bot and spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) on the advisory form Your consent, given on the form, and, where the law permits it, our legitimate interest in keeping the Site secure
Site hosting and security Where the law permits it, our legitimate interest in keeping the Site secure and working, and compliance with legal obligations
Complying with the law and defending legal claims Legal obligation

You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us (see Contact us). Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that happened before you withdrew it. If you withdraw consent, we may no longer be able to respond to your inquiry.

Cookies & third-party services

The Site itself does not set its own analytics or advertising cookies. We use the following service providers to run the Site and respond to you:

  • Website hosting and security: Cloudflare hosts the Site and provides Turnstile bot protection on our advisory form. Privacy policy
  • Form processing: SiteGround hosts the server that receives advisory form submissions. Privacy policy
  • Email, booking, maps and video: Google provides our Workspace business mailbox, our Calendar booking page, the map on our contact page, and our YouTube videos, which load only when you press play. Privacy policy
  • Live chat: tawk.to provides our chat service, which loads only when you open the chat. Privacy policy

These providers receive technical data such as your IP address and device information, plus whatever you send through their service, such as form details or chat messages. Some may set cookies or use similar technologies (such as local storage). Each provider handles that data under its own privacy policy.

Our social media links (LinkedIn, X and YouTube) take you to those platforms, where their own privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party websites.

Managing cookies. You can block or delete cookies and similar technologies in your browser settings. If you do, some features, such as the chat window, embedded map or video, may not work properly.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not currently share it for cross-context behavioral (targeted) advertising. If we begin using advertising technologies in the future, we will update this policy first and honour your right to opt out, including through Global Privacy Control signals (see Your rights).

We share personal information only as follows:

  • Service providers (processors). We use the providers listed in Cookies & third-party services to host the Site, process forms, deliver email, provide chat, protect against bots and schedule meetings. They may use personal information only to provide their services to us, or as their own privacy policies describe where they act as independent controllers.
  • Professional advisers. We may share information with our lawyers, accountants, auditors and insurers where necessary.
  • Legal requirements. We may share information when required by law, court order or other legal process, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is needed to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud or security incidents.
  • Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
  • With your consent. We may share information for any other purpose with your consent or at your direction.

International transfers

CloudsStream is based in the United States, and the Site and its supporting services are operated primarily from the United States. If you contact us from Saudi Arabia, the UAE or any other country outside the United States, your personal information will be transferred to, stored and processed in the United States and in other countries where our service providers operate. Data protection laws in those countries may differ from those in your country.

We transfer your information outside your country only:

  • with your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box on the advisory form or by contacting us directly;
  • where the transfer is necessary to take the steps you have asked us to take before entering into a contract with us, or to perform a contract with you; and
  • subject to the contractual safeguards in our service providers’ data processing terms.

We transfer only the information needed for the purpose, and we handle it in line with the cross-border transfer rules of the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law and its regulations and of the UAE Personal Data Protection Law.

You can request more information about these safeguards by contacting us (see Contact us).

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy, unless the law requires or permits us to keep it longer. We decide how long to keep information based on whether a business relationship with you is active or reasonably likely, any legal obligations that apply, and whether the information is needed to resolve disputes.

  • Advisory form submissions and chat transcripts. Our form-processing application does not store submissions in a database. Each submission is sent as an email notification to our team’s business mailbox. Chat transcripts are stored by tawk.to. We keep inquiries and transcripts while a business relationship with you is active or reasonably likely. We review them at least every 36 months and delete those we no longer need.
  • Meeting bookings. These are stored in our Google Calendar and kept under the same rule as inquiries.
  • Server and security logs. Our hosting providers (Cloudflare and SiteGround) keep standard access logs that contain IP addresses, under their own log-retention settings. Our application is configured to log only critical errors in production.
  • Client relationships. If you become a client, we keep relevant information for the length of the relationship. Afterward, we keep it for as long as tax, accounting and other legal requirements oblige us to.

You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see Your rights). When we no longer need personal information, we delete it or anonymize it. If that is not possible (for example, because it is in backup archives), we store it securely and isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. These include:

  • HTTPS encryption for the Site and for our form-processing API;
  • encrypted (TLS) connections when sending form notifications by email;
  • bot protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) and server-side validation of form submissions;
  • not storing form submissions in a website database; and
  • a Google Workspace business mailbox for inquiries, with two-step verification enforced and access limited to authorized team members.

No method of transmitting or storing data is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a security incident affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities where and as the law requires.

Your rights

All visitors

Wherever you are located, you can contact us at any time to:

  • ask what personal information we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct or delete it;
  • withdraw your consent; or
  • ask us to stop contacting you.

To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, normally by matching details you give us with information we already hold. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

Residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its regulations, you have the right to:

  • Be informed about how and why we collect and use your personal information, which this policy does;
  • Access your personal information;
  • Obtain a copy of your personal information in a clear and readable format;
  • Correct personal information that is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date;
  • Have your information destroyed when we no longer need it, subject to the exceptions in the law; and
  • Withdraw your consent at any time.

We will respond to your request within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA), the authority responsible for the PDPL.

Residents of the United Arab Emirates

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), you have the right to:

  • Receive information about the personal information we hold and how we use it, and access it;
  • Data portability, meaning to receive your information in a structured, machine-readable format or have it sent to another controller, where technically feasible;
  • Correct inaccurate information and erase information we no longer need or are not allowed to keep;
  • Restrict our use of your information in certain circumstances;
  • Stop or object to processing, including processing for direct marketing;
  • Object to decisions based solely on automated processing that significantly affect you; and
  • Withdraw your consent at any time.

We will respond to your request within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may file a complaint with the UAE Data Office.

These rights apply to processing covered by the federal law. Free zones such as the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) have their own data protection laws.

United States residents

Some US states, including California and Texas, have consumer privacy laws. Depending on our size and activities, some of these laws may not apply to us. Regardless, we offer the following rights to all US residents:

  • Right to know / access. Confirm whether we process your personal information, and get access to it, including the categories and specific pieces we have collected, where we got it, why we use it and with whom we share it.
  • Right to delete personal information we have collected from you.
  • Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Right to data portability. Receive your information in a portable and, where technically feasible, readily usable format.
  • Right to opt out of the sale of personal information, “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, and profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. We do not sell personal information and do not currently use it for targeted advertising.
  • Right to non-discrimination. We will not deny services, charge different prices or provide a different level of service because you exercised your rights.

Global Privacy Control. We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising.

Categories of personal information. In the past 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information:

  • identifiers, such as name, email address, phone number and IP address;
  • professional information, such as company name and area of business interest; and
  • internet activity information, such as browser and device data and interactions with the Site.

We collect this information from you directly, from your device and from the service providers listed above. We use it for the business purposes described in How we use it, and we disclose it to the categories of recipients described in Sharing. We keep it for the periods described in Retention. We do not knowingly collect the personal information of anyone under 16.

We will respond to US requests within 45 days, and we may extend this by another 45 days where reasonably necessary. If we do, we will tell you. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We may ask for proof of the agent’s authorization and may ask you to verify your identity directly.

Appeals. If we decline to act on your request, you may appeal by emailing privacy@cloudsstream.com with the subject line “Privacy Request Appeal”. We will respond to your appeal within 60 days and explain our decision in writing. If your appeal is denied, you may contact your state Attorney General. For Texas, see texasattorneygeneral.gov.

Visitors from other countries

The Site is not directed at people in the European Union, the United Kingdom or other regions outside the United States, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. If you contact us from another country, we will handle your information as described in this policy. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or object to how we use it, and you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to let you know, such as placing a notice on the Site.
